Kindergarten Check-up

We headed into to Cohen's Kindergarten check-up and he was a little nervous since he knew he had to get some shots.

We walked in and he started off with the Eye Exam:

Which he passed with flying colors......20/20 in each eye!

 Then he got weighed and measured:

 39.6 lbs. (25%), 42.5 in. (10%)  still a little on the small side.

He then received the regular check-up.......BP, vitals, ears, nose, mouth, etc etc.

 Then it was time for the SHOTS.

 He was very upset.  Kept asking me how many and will they hurt?  It broke my little heart.  Look at his face?  Isn't that the saddest thing?
Well by the time the nurse came in, he was done crying, but still nervous. She gave him 3 shots in his legs and he didn't even cry a tear! He then said to me "that didn't even hurt".
Such a big boy.  Can't believe he will be going to kindergarten in the fall. tears.
