Strawberry Days 2011

By now everyone who reads this blog, knows we love Strawberry Days!

 Highlights of our week:

*Carnival

*Huck Finn Day

*Rodeo

*Parade

The boys love the Carnival. We took Cohen's buddy Carson with us and they had a blast.

 Jags had to ride the Carousel. The moment he laid eyes on it, he kept repeating "horthsey, horthsey"!

Rodeo.

Cohen backed out of Buttin Bustin last year, but this year he couldn't wait to ride the sheep.

He had 3friends riding and 2 cousins.

James was behind the shoots this year and loaded Cohen up.

He rode so well and stayed on the longest. He scored an 84!

He ended up being the Champion of the night!!

When they announced that Cohen was the Winner, they brought him out into the arena, gave him a huge trophy and the announcer asked him questions and talked to him about his win. 

 He then got a pic with the Rodeo Queens :)

James, Darek, and Jackson signed up to do the wild cow milking. 

Probably the funniest thing to watch in the whole rodeo.

Thanks to Jackson they got in to do it. (he's on the rodeo committee)

James brought everyone orange shirts and carhartt ugly brown pants to wear.

They looked like they broke straight out of prison and came to the rodeo.

The announcer even called them "the inmates". So funny!

They didn't have the best run.  They had a wild crazy cow.  Maybe next yr.

 Once the "sheeeeep" starting coming out, Jags loved every minute of the rodeo. 

He was in animal heaven. "horthsey, horthseey"

Huck Finn Days.

We got there early played a few games and left. 

Its so crowded these days.

Parade.

You know by now too, that my boys love parades.

Bos still covers his ears for half of it, but he insists on going.

Jagger and his girly friend Charley. 

They are so cute to eachother. Always givings hugs and kisses.

 Hallee won her age division for the cutest baby contest and got to ride in the parade.

 And just because i love this toe-headed monster.
He was watching the parade so intently. (most of the time)

I think he is so cute!
