We finally made it to the pond.
It has a little beach area with sand and a swimming area.
There are real live fish in this pond, so if you have a fishing license and a pole, then you can fish too.
We have neither, but the kids ask to fish every time we go.
The kids love this place.
Its ridiculously dirty and the sand isn't "beach" sand, but it makes for a great time and fun memories!
Cohen and Bos look so goofy/cute here.
With the googles and funky life jackets, it was worth taking pictures of and remembering.
Mckay and Jags were so cute doing their own thing and getting sand all.over.themselves.
Mckay's eyes are just amazing. I can't get enough.
(these pics are straight from the camera. no editing, no photoshop.)
This butterfly was right by the kids hanging out and they thought it was so neat.
*and just for remembering sake, as we were headed to the pond cohen and bos were asking me
*are there sharks in the pond?
*what about crocodiles?
*are there piranhas?
snakes?
No, no, no, and no!
Do you think they have watched shark week and National Geographic shows lately??
Yep they have and they love it.

That looks like a lot of fun!
If you ever decide to let your kids fish: kids under 12 don't need a license and don't need a licensed adult to fish.
Love, love, love it. I am so glad you invited us to go. It is for sure a fav. LOVE the pics of McKay. I think I am going to print them. So cute!
